2009–10 Macedonian Vtora Liga
The 2009-10 Macedonian Vtora Liga was the eighteenth season since its establishment. It began on 15 August 2009 and ended on 19 May 2010. Due to the expansion of the league, no teams were relegated this season.

Rules for classification: 1st points; 2nd goal difference; 3rd goals scored; 4th head-to-head points; 5th head-to-head goal difference; 6th head-to-head goals scored; 7th draw.
For deciding promotion, relegation and promotion/relegation play-offs: 1st points; 2nd head-to-head points; 3rd head-to-head goal difference; 4th head-to-head goals scored; 5th play-off.
